About Gary Foltyn

My passion is and always has been people. Helping people and empowering them to pursue their goals and dreams. I embrace this philosophy with everything I have and will continue to do so.

In the early 60s, my family fled from their home village in the Czech Republic to Canada with my 3 siblings to escape the communist takeover. Forced to rely only on each other to build a new life here in Canada, my parents were able to purchase a small hobby farm in the Fraser Valley. This is where I quickly learned at a very young age work ethic and everything it entails.

I’d spent my earlier years in the hotel and customer service industry, before pursuing my interest in homes by becoming a carpenter. At age 25, I purchased my first property. As a dedicated husband and father, this was an important first step to providing a better life for my family. I had gained extensive knowledge of home architecture, construction, and renovations. By 2006, I naturally transitioned to a career of Real Estate, taking with me everything that I had learned.

I took Rookie of the Year at my office in my first year and have been a top producing agent ever since. My mission has been to provide sound advice to my clients, securing their interests and adding value to their investments. Honest, Loyal, Patient, Skilled and Fun are the attributes of a great agent. I am positive you will find your time with me both enjoyable, educational and worthy of a life-long relationship.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and kids, hitting the gym and doing anything outdoors including playing soccer and riding motorcycles.
